03 · Coffee story

About the Coffee

Rather than coming from a single farm, this coffee is created using carefully selected lots from smallholder producers across South of Minas. Each harvest is chosen to deliver a consistent flavour profile while showcasing the quality of the region.

Only premium-sized beans are selected, helping ensure an even roast and a balanced cup from batch to batch.

04 · Processing

Processing

After harvesting, the ripe coffee cherries are naturally processed, allowing the fruit to dry around the bean before milling. This traditional method develops greater sweetness and body while preserving the coffee's natural character.

The result is a coffee with smooth chocolate-like richness, gentle fruit notes and a balanced finish that's equally enjoyable black or with milk.

07 · From the Roaster

From the Roaster

I wanted a Brazilian coffee that would be easy to enjoy every day without sacrificing quality. This one delivers exactly that—sweet, smooth and beautifully balanced. It's the sort of coffee that works in almost any brew method, but I especially enjoy it as a flat white, where the chocolate sweetness and subtle fruit notes shine through. If you're looking for an introduction to specialty coffee or simply a dependable daily brew, this is a great place to start.
